Got to bottle our own bottle of 6 year 134 proof. Great time with friends and what we bought was so tasty. Great experience with very friendly and knowledgeable workers. I didn't go home empty handed either. I bought a case of mixed alcohols to have at home. I'm use to be from the area, and always wanted to take a tour. Highly recommend it!!

Great whiskey and people. This is a fun place to visit in Milwaukee for a variety of spirits. If you can get a distillery tour you will learn a lot about the process of liquor production. The restaurant nearby is a great option for food with your drinks.

Great place! Kalin the bartender is fantastic! Great drinks and atmosphere. Great location. Walkable to other bars and restaurants. GLD also offers tours with or without drinks. I suggest the tour with drinks! Kalin led a fun engaging tour! She is hilarious! Also, Fox Den has fantastic food options. Recently tried this place out while staying at the Iron Horse. The restaurant at the Iron Horse was closed for the day, and good thing it was! We walked over to Great Lakes Distillery and Tasting room and had the best experience. The drink selection is amazing and so reasonably priced. The food was amazing too! We had a couple of perfectly cooked smash burgers and super crispy and delicious onion rings. Don't skip on dessert either, because their cheesecake churro bombs were out of this world! If you're into the distilling process, they also offer tours! Definitely a must try if you live in or are visiting the Milwaukee area!

Loved the distillery tour and tasting! Ian was our tour guide and he was informative yet humorous, which was perfect! The stills themselves are definitely a sight to see, too cool! Would give more stars if I could! Highly recommend!
