Storage units with wide operating hours
I misplaced my key and had to stop in to have my lock removed, and was greeted by this kind man named Darell (or Daryl ). I'm not so sure if he's the manger, but please make him one . He was so kind, helpful, and attentive. He was also juggling multiple task at once, trying to prioritize customers. 😊😊
The visit to Extra Space Storage was/is definitely worth putting in the books. The Respect, The Sense of Dignity, The Morality, is unmatched. The time here was definitely appreciated and held in its highest regards.
Came in and the place was very clean. Was worried I would have issues, since asking for any help these days feels daunting. Raul (if I remember correctly) was very straight forward and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air and it really made my day. Thank you so much.
I started renting here in January and from the start the staff was unresponsive. I rented online and was supposed to have follow up from the office the next business day. They never called or gave me a lock so I had to go in person and remind them to do so. Since then, I've encountered numerous problems in terms of customer service. The gate have been broken, the codes haven't worked, I would call and call and no one would answer. I only wished to downsize a unit and I couldn't even get anyone on the phone for that either! I was extremely fed up and ready to leave until I was contacted by Raul on my move out day. He completely changed my mind. He's professional and attentive. He said this place is under new management and should improve. I hope he's right. I'm taking a chance and continuing on here because of Raul. Don't disappoint me!
THEY HAVE MOUSES in inside facility!!!! I won 2 units on auction, and Josh decide that I'm from clinging company, he refused to give me back my deposit, he said that units should be ready for another person!!! I'm sorry, but I'm not cleaner!!! Units was clean, you can see on photos!!! Never come back, no recommend to keep your stuff there if you don't want to deal with mouses all over your stuff!!!
