Motel is ok we stay at but the terminal can't get the #rivers out before 2200 or 2300 so freight is delayed making it hard on LH to get stuff moved with 61 mph trucks when the national average is 68 to 70 mph.

Just had to share what a great job the Milwaukee Facility did today. I called this morning and asked if our shipment could be marked" Hot Tailgate Rush" for an item we had to get shipped out today(they were panels for our customer) and by 11:00am my delivery was made. No hassle. You guys do an amazing job and I just wanted to say Thank You and let you know it was greatly appreciated. Kelly United Process Controls

I was told that I would have a delivery done and given a window of 8am to 4pm.. I had to miss out on business of my own to be at home to cover this incredibly long, entire workday. Okay, so be it, but they call me at 2pm to tell me my snowblower I ordered from Home Depot wasn't going to be coming. Of course I was upset, I waited that long and nothing happened. Now I have to wait the entire next day? Sure why not! Except they called me today at 1pm now to let me know they didn't get the shipment out AGAIN! So, two full days of missing out on my own business... I am also contacting corporate Home Depot to do what I can to ensure no one uses this company for shipping. This is completely unprofessional and how you end up having your business shut down. Why use a company that gives such large delivery windows and on top of that, fails twice to deliver? Awful experience.

Item could not be delivered due to poor packing of a 40lb item. The driver said he could not get it out. Item needed to be delivered that day. Dispatcher said their driver should have delivered item. and would get it to me first thing the next business day.. It did not show up. Their response was that they were sorry.

Absolutely the worst experiences with a shipping company ever! Minus 90 million stars if it was possible. I have dealt with shipping companies for more than 20 years as a business. They tried to deliver about 10 times over the past year. I say "tried" because 9 out of 10 times the driver showed up without the freight. I'm serious. We were waiting and we had customers waiting for the shipment. Each time they would show up on a Friday and say they didn't have the freight. This was no big deal the first time (even though they looked like total amateurs). After the sixth, 7th, 8th time... it was beyond terrible. Last week they showed up (guess what) without the freight on Friday. Said they would deliver on Monday. Didn't deliver on Monday. Called Monday night and Tuesday to get answers. Wasted 3 hours getting the run around. They guaranteed they had the freight and would delivery Tuesday. Now it's Wednesday after noon, and the best they can say is that they see they found the invoice but not the freight. Rose just told me that is what she sees on her end and so "cross your fingers and hope it shows up". Really? Wow! If you are bored or for some strange reason you like to torture yourself, then give these idiots a try.
