My husband and I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. We had a smell in the car that was addressed promptly. We understand that things can happen and it’s all about how someone addresses that makes the difference. We were treated fairly and the staff was super friendly. Would rent from them in the future.
The Brown Deer location did amazing with their service. I do not remember they names, but it was the same 3 people in all 3 of them did amazing.They answered all of my questions and concerns , and not only that they made me feel comfortable as well problems.I came across , they immediately fixed it! This has been my second rental from enterprise, and if needed, I will definitely go back to them and any referrals I will definitely refer them. Wonderful job!
In just the past year alone, I have had the occasion to rent Enterprise Vehicles at (5) different locations in Milwaukee, Germantown, & Oak Creek, Wisconsin as well as in Sterling, VA.
