Our casual Chinese eatery serves a huge menu with regional cuisines
This is a real gem on Brady St. Family owned, delicious, traditional Chinese dishes and HUGE portions! Counting the two lunches you take home, eating here costs the same or less than Subway. The picture is leftover Dan Dan Noodles and Spicy & Hot Boil AFTER we ate all we could. On top of that the dining room is clean, comfortable and filled with interesting art. Do yourself a favor and eat with the Emperor.
I’d been looking for a traditional, old-school Chinese restaurant like I remember from childhood and this completely brought me a nostalgic experience. Service was amazing, portion sizes were huge, and the food was very good. This restaurant is a definite return-to. Thank you for such a great meal and trip down memory lane!
We went there for our daughter’s birthday and we wanted to try a new Chinese restaurant and the food was delicious. Everything was flavorful and very big portions. The beef and broccoli and Seaseme chicken were juicy. The only issue was that the prices are a bit steep and gratuity is automatically included.
This is easily my new favorite Chinese spot. The owner hooked me up with something not even on the menu, a Taiwanese style chicken egg roll with a tofu crust, and it was incredible. Hands down my favorite kind of egg roll now. I’m usually not big on General Tso’s chicken, but theirs was actually amazing. And I tore up the chicken fried rice. Loved everything about this place. Definitely coming back.
Considered by many, the best Chinese restaurant in Milwaukee if not Wisconsin! It never disappoints. The serving are large. I thought I had only ordered a cup of the Hot & Sour Soup, but it was a 🥣. The Crab Rangoon were hand sized and had actual crab in it. I ordered the duck and it was served crispy and juicy. You will have leftovers and be very happy later in to eat it again. Staff are very hospitable, the restaurant with plenty of seating and a full bar in a separate area. Portraits of Emperors from Han & Cheng dynasty adorn the walls as well as lots of other Chinese artistry. Great place for larger groups to dine at.
