I called the call center and explained to the rep I needed to make a cash deposit but I don't drive and I'm unable to use drive-up services. She told me no problem and set up an appointment. Once I arrived I was greeted by a friendly banker who informed me that ECU actually doesn't offer lobby appointments for making deposits at this time and the appointment was listed as "opening a business account". I showed her my confirmation email and the staff member apologized for the mix up and took care of me in literally seconds. ECU should consider offering appointments for members who aren't able to use the drive thru. It was so quick and easy. She could've easily turned me away and I really appreciate her helping me safely deposit cash that I've been holding for months. Thank you sooooo much!! ❤

You will never find a better credit union or bank better than these guys. Friendly and accommodating, not only is their staff great, but their online banking is great. It's easy to transfer from one account to the other. Even their change deposit machine is awesome. All you have to do is swipe your debit cards and the screen will ask you to if you want to deposit it into savings or checking. You don't even have to see a teller. The easiest experience I've ever had with banking. Plus, you can download an extract of all transactions for whatever time range you select. To pile on the awesomeness brigade, their mortgage rates are the best and they don't sell their loans.
