Contemporary bistro serving reimagined Italian pasta and pizza, with wine
This was my third time eating at Dorsia and the food is always good. The service was ok. We had the flight pasta and we were able to chose three different types of pasta and added protein. I also has a strawberry lemon drop and my drink was perfect. Me and my friend girl had a wonderful time. Good food, good drinks, and long needed conversation.
Server was incredibly sweet. Our food came out in a timely manner and was very good. We got an appetizer and the pasta flight. We even got dessert, tiramisu, which was delicious. I will say the lighting was pretty dark, which made it a bit hard to read the menu, but it did make for a fancy atmosphere.
Super dope spot..love the vibes. Nice selection of food and drinks. Can't remember the name of the drink but it was great. Food looked spectacular on the plate and flavors were popping. I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and my daughter had a flight fettuccine plate with alfredo and pesto. FIRE! You know I had to take some pics. Come down on the weekend fri/sat. Make A Reservation!!!
This place is phenomenal! The food is beyond delicious, atmosphere is fun & swanky, and the service was great. The pasta flights are so fun and they are all incredible. Really great portions too. We also had a bruschetta and it was one of the best we have had. Brussels sprouts were seasoned so well. We had a reservation and were seated right away. Definitely recommend!
Dorsia’s – Milwaukee 🍝✨ Dorsia’s did not disappoint. I tried the pasta flight and it was absolutely the bomb—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Each pasta had its own personality, perfectly cooked, and the sauces were indulgent without being overwhelming. You can tell everything is made with intention and love. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous, and every bite had me wanting more. If you’re a pasta lover, the flight is a must-order. Dorsia’s is definitely a spot I’d return to again and again. Milwaukee, this one’s a gem. 💯
