We went to the Craft Cow in Bay View yesterday and we got the burger, chicken Caesar wrap and fries. The burger was good with the onion, but the patty had absolutely no flavor. The chicken Caesar wrap also had no flavor and was extremely dry. I left almost the entire wrap on my plate and didn’t take any leftovers. The customer service was terrible. Our waitress seemed like we were bothering her for eating in instead of doing takeout. She even questioned us to see if we were sure that we didn’t want take out. The tables were sticky. I needed an extra plate and our waitress never checked on us so I had to get up and get that and then I also had to chase down my check when we were done. I tipped the waitress, but I’m not exactly sure what I tipped for. I had to get everything myself. We also had the shoestring fries and they were seasoned well, but came out cold. I was very disappointed in this place and I definitely will not be going back.
