I booked this hotel not only for me and my husband wedding anniversary but for my daughter to go swimming. We went out to eat across the street from the hotel and came back I called the front desk to see what time the pool closed the man said 10:00 so I said okay thanks this was at 8:54. We get dressed go downstairs we get in the hot tub about 5 mins go by he comes in and says go to the pool the hot tub is closed. So we get to the pool and 5 minutes goes by and we’re being told to get out the pool because he had to clean up mind u nothing was messed up we the only family in there. So I look at the time it only 9:12 I said I just called the front desk and you said the pool closes at 10. He basically ignored me and walked out the pool area.

Ok, for a night I guess. Tv remote didn't work, dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain, fridge didn't work, pool didnt look the best either. Bed was subpar, pillows okish. Carpets in main hallways were pretty funky, room hadnt been mopped. Lots of paint peeled off in and out of the room. The front desk was helpful and friendly staff. Looks like more construction on the 1st floor so xould be uograding rooms.. Close to McDs and the College Ave park and ride for Summerfest though. (2 Adult travelers)

Please be very calm while talking to Steph. He will get frustrated, shake visibly and become disrespectful. In a passive aggressive way. And how is this possible as a front desk attendant? Ask management. His communication is horrible. Especially when asked questions. He tried to tell me to not ask questions and check in so he can check in other customers as he over charged me and said we can talk later. And instead of trying to help me he get upset and insisted that we talk later. New customers are more important than customers that have a problem. Wow. Just get up there check in and carry on with your day. Or he will become condisending and try to talk down to you.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at! The first room we were in, my husband sat on the bed and at sank almost to the floor. The pull out bed was trashed, torn, stained and gross! No clean sheets, etc. I will attach pictures. We were moved to another room SLIGHTLY better. No clean sheets, sticky floor, terrible smell, no soap in the room at all. The bed was horrible. Breakfast was hardly anything and not good at all. I called to request a refund and was told because I booked through Expedia, there was no way for them to refund me. I know this is a lie because I have been refunded by a hotel I booked through Expedia before. Instead, I was offered a complimentary stay…like I would want to go back there for any reason?

Upon arrival there was no where to park the lobby was filthy the elevator was broke so we had to walk with all of our items. When I got to the room the room was filthy there was so much hair in the tub the toilet had poop stuck to it and the mirrors were filthy everything was nasty the tv was broke the pool is filthy there was no working ice machines on no floor but the first floor and mind you I had a room on the 3rd floor with no working elevator this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at or visited please keep yall money don’t go there! I was there January 30th never again
