Great service. So clean! ALL the staff were absolutely amazing. I felt like a person and not a number or like I didn’t matter. If you need to go to Concentra, go to the 5500 W Brown Deer location. You won’t be disappointed. They are all just amazing!

Great place to get testing for DOT MED l had a wonderful experience. Great costumer service and support. Also they have hot coffee for the costumers and snacks!!! Overall an amazing experience for me. Keep up the great care everyone 🥰

Wonderful experience. I had to go to get a tb test done and then come back and get it read. The staff were all polite and friendly, and even apologized for the wait when I showed up early for my read! It was a good experience. Now they even have a QR code on the doors to help make leaving reviews easier!

This facility is great. I have been here several times over the past year. The staff are friendly, polite, helpful and expeditious. The facility is clean, orderly and well managed.
