This hotel is nowhere near the quality of a 3* As soon as you walked into the lobby you could smell the odor of weed. Half of the lights in the room don’t work. The outlets next to the TV including the HDMI port do not work. Called the front desk and they said that there is no room with working outlets, that they’ve “switched to a different network.” TV channels are lacking. I now get a black screen or “bug races.” The only thing positive about the room is a semi comfy bed. This is why you go to Marriott or Hilton - for the basics Will not be staying at a Comfort Inn & Suites again!

Was double charged for my room after their system had a glitch— trying to get that figured out has gone no where. Keesh or Kush failed to return my calls after stating he would talk to his manager and call back. Our first room was the bare minimum standard of clean and the AC didn’t work after 3 calls to the front desk I said I just wanted a new room which they accommodated. The fridge in the first room we were in, the second room and the room my in-laws were in all barely worked due to needing to be defrosted. There’s other places in town at the same price point to stay, wouldn’t make the mistake of staying here again.

This was the WORST hotel I have been to. Filthy rooms - sticky carpets. Disgusting. Breakfast was horrid. There is no way this place even deserves 3 stars. Find somewhere else to sleep. I added two photos representative of the place - one is the dusty makeup remover- this is an example of the state of cleaning in the entire room and hotel The second is a picture of the two conditioners in the showers. Soap or shamp are way over rated 🤔 Honestly the place felt like we stepped into a third world country but kept paying in dollars Looking at the reviews after the stay, it seems that many are fake. Users who only commented once in their lifes are praising the place...

Absolutely Horrid! Parking lot full of garbage and unsafe feel at night time. Rooms absolutely disgusting from mildew found in bathtubs, picture frames, walls.. as well as hair from a previous stay in tub. Heavily stained carpets and sofa beds. Air conditioning unit loud and disruptive to sleep. I asked to change rooms twice and both were pure disappointment. Guy who checked in decided to make emphasis on no parties and smoking in the rooms after I specifically stated this was here for a business trip - found it offensive and unwelcoming. The cleanliness is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Do Not Stay Here! Would not recommend to anyone even if you’re looking for a budgeted hotel. The pictures don’t even come close to how disgusting this hotel is.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience staying at this Choice Hotels property. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was especially cozy, and I had a very restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the quiet environment, which made the stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was the value for money. The hotel offers great quality at an affordable price, which is something Choice Hotels is known for. In fact, some of their brands like WoodSpring Suites have even ranked highly in guest satisfaction for value and service.  The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. The staff was always ready to help with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.
