My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at Centraal. Throughout the planning we had multiple unexpected coincidences come up in which we had to change plans. The last of which was having to move the rehearsal dinner inside due to poor air quality outside. Through the process the staff was so helpful and Jillian our Lowlands events and catering event manager did a wonderful job of accommodating us and making us feel so welcomed. I can't describe enough how attentive the staff was and on top of the great hospitality the food and drink selection was amazing. The Sirloin Soba Noodle Bowl was a crowd favorite!

I cannot say enough good things about this place and all of the restaurants in the Lowlands group. From the ones in downtown to the others in Wautosa. They have an amazing Belgian beer selection and the food is spectacular. A great team of professionals.

One of a handful of Lowland Groups managed restaurants and one of the original still anchoring Kinnickkinnick and Locust in the Bayview neighborhood. Magnificent selection of brews and a wonderfully tasty menu. Annually, this and all other Lowland Group locations honor veterans with a free meal. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a Flemish/Belgian/Dutch/French pub with a steady rotation of new brews to quench all types of palettes. Staff are always nice. Lovely outdoor seating area during the warmer months as well.

Food and service was great. The waiter gets top score... Thank you. Table for 7 and 2 service dogs. I love places like this. Great food, atmosphere and plenty options for seating and party size. I should have snapped some pics of the waffles... all the food was great. We did not make reservations, and had no wait.. but I can see at times a reservation would be needed.

Our first family dinner during our first time in Milwaukee, and Centraal Grand Café & Tappery set the bar high! The ambience was warm and inviting, the staff made us feel so welcome (even with a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old in tow), and every bite of food was incredible. My husband, our kids, and I all loved it! If you’re in Milwaukee or visiting, this place is definitely worth checking out!
