I hadn't been here in 3 years the food was flawless. The host was very attentive Our server was good too. The food was so delicious the martini was amazing Wonderful experience for our anniversary. We definitely will be back for 6$ martini

I had a very disappointing experience at Casa. A small issue turned into something much bigger than it needed to be because of the poor customer service. Rather than approaching our table with a genuine desire to resolve the situation, the manager came over asking us how everything was then proceeds to say he can’t remake or give me a refund. So clearly the waitress went inside and put him onto the situation before he approached the table. He simply insisted that he couldn’t remove the drink from the bill and expected me to pay for something I sent back and never drank. The waitress was also very unprofessional and repeatedly sent the manager to speak on her behalf instead of addressing the issue herself. A little communication and a willingness to find a solution would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I will not be returning. No customer should be treated the way my friends and I were by Rasheed. P.s. the hoookah man Oz was very delightful and had no issues fixing our hookah. He was a pleasure! Other than that…0/10

Amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. And an absolutely fantastic staff. From the bartender who managed to serve maybe 10 of us with a smile and clear “I’ve got you next!” quickly and calmly, to the folks moving through the crowd at the event to keep the appetizers stocked, to the servers who were so sweet and kind and helped entertain my young children, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a team do such a great job, and do it together. Thank you!!

I came on a Saturday night with a 7pm reservation with a group of 4. We had no issue getting a table. We set down and ordered drinks. After about 10 minutes we noticed our server changed which is no big deal. Another 10 minutes goes by and we still did not receive the drinks. We said something to our new server and then about 5 minutes after that we got our drinks. We then ordered 1 appetizer and 4 entrees. After about 30 minutes we received 3 entrees and no appetizer. We were told it would be a few minutes for the last entree. In the span of 20 minutes afterwards, we mentioned twice to the server we are still waiting for the 4th entree. Then the last entree comes with the appetizer. One of the people in the party asks for silverware as none of us received any. The server then retrieved plastic utensils with a napkin that you would get from a food truck. We then asked if we could get real silverware The amount of money this place charges and they want to give plastic silverware. Casablanca did take off the late 4th entree but only because we mentioned it. Server didn’t seem to care. She rarely checked up on us. We then get the bill. The bill says it adds gratuity for parties of 5 or more after 7. WE ARE A PARTY OF 4. What kind of scam is this place running. Horrendous service. Go somewhere else please.
