Really enjoyed this spot. Wasnt expecting such a chill speakeasy. Its what you would expect and underground cocktail lounge to feel like. Server was very attentive and seemed like they had good team work in place. Love seeing places that are run properly. Near the end i ordered a margarita and they make amazing ones. Hard to find places that actually know how to make them properly.

Fantastic service and delicious cocktails! There isn't a printed menu, so your drink is based off a conversation with the bartender. Every drink was delicious. We fully intend on returning for more cocktails! The vibe is prohibition era, dimly lit, and perfect date night ambiance.

Me and my crew love coming to Bryant's. To anyone that doesn't know, you place an order based on vibes. Such as I asked to drink a forest fire and let them know of what alchohols I prefer. I got the most wonderful drink that will make me ask for another forest fire again! The staff is also very attentive and accomodating. A different time I came I had blown my voice out but the staff was patient and let me write out everything. As well last night I had asked for a drink that was of fresh spring moss. It happened to be a drink I did not enjoy (just had elements that weren't for me but my crew really liked it) Our server came back around and as she checked in, I a typical midwesterner, told her the drink was great. And I had planned to settle in to drink it without complaint. But our server had taken notice of me not enjoying it and let me know that I could have something else and not drink what I was given. It was a total surprise! The staff here is amazing and make the experience so much more wonderful!

The atmosphere was great, however the service we received fell significantly short. We had a small group and this was our first time visiting Bryant’s so we weren’t sure what to expect. Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly hostess & seated at our table within 10 minutes. Our cocktail waitress was Dee, and we explained that this was our first visit and asked to see a drink menu. She informed us that they don’t have drink menus and we “can order whatever.” We weren’t prepared to give our order that moment and asked politely if she could give us a few minutes and come back. She, instead, stayed at our table and was persistent on taking our order. We then asked if she had any recommendations, in which she replied, “You just tell me what you like and I’ll have them make you whatever.” We basically all ordered the first thing that popped in our heads because it was obvious she just wanted to take our order and go on about her business. My friend wanted a hot drink (a coffee & Kahlua) and she informed us that they don’t do warm/hot drinks) It didn’t take long for our drinks to arrive. The drinks were good & you could taste the alcohol (in a good way.) Unfortunately, I don’t think we’d come back due to the poor service we received. We loved the moody chill vibe but Dee ruined the experience with her rude demeanor.
