Mexican fare, margaritas, and over 100 tequilas
Went with friends for lunch at 11:30AM. We were greeted by the hostess with a smile, and seated immediately. Our waitress also greeted us with a smile, and took our drink order. They had specials to choose from, as well as a large menu. Our food order came out quickly. Everything, from the chips & salsa, entrée, and dessert was delicious. Very good good portion sizes, as well.
Visiting my brother, I'm from Austin, Texas, we went out on 5/23/26 at 7pm. & had a delicious meal. Our server , Rosalba was wonderful & helpful when we had menu questions. Suggested a delicious drink for me, A peach margarita and my brother had a 2 Pacifico beers. The restaurant & restrooms were very clean. The atmosphere was wonderful. Decorations from the region Veracruz were nice to see. We sat near the bar & we were able to watch the Milwaukee Brewers game. The food was served hot & very tasty. We ordered chips and guacamole and salsa. All very good. My brother ordered the beef chimichanga. I had a chicken & beef taco. We really enjoyed chatting with Rosalba. I hope to return again soon & I told her we'd be back & hopefully if she's working, ask for her area so we can see her again. I even showed her pictures & video of my niece, here in Austin, dancing ballet folklorico. Thank you for hiring such a hard-working, sweet & nice lady. Thanks, Rose & Tom.
how do you sell tacos & charge extra for cheese & sour cream?cheese usually come with a taco like come on now 🤯plus the food was mediocre at best…not different from any other mexican restaurant, actually some of the taco food trucks got them beat on the tacos you get all the toppings atleast they don't give onions Cilantro , cheese , not even a lime on side & it was the worst “mexican” rice ever , taste like it was instant yellow rice not Mexican rice and the kids meal come with soda (one of the unhealthiest drink anyone can drink ) HE refuse give us a juice , no customer service no common sense or hospitality ur forced to Get soda for kids? imagine having to give your toddler soda? like the small cup of juice was going take away money for the business ?to get juice you have pay extra …we just drink the water ...( so we paid for something we didn't get technically) it’s a wild time we live in … then when u ask for no beans just extra rice they don't give you extra its a small portion its like you get more rice if you had got the beans also , so they short you that way as well... Wisconsin is pretty segregated even in 2026 and I try so hard not to put race in situations but he seem kinda racist like you really couldn't bring a cup of juice for a kid ? Then he claim he diidnt see at first to take our order but had to LITERALLY WALK PASS US to get to his OTHER assigned tables that was BEHIND US? make it make sense lol & when I look around after he said that , we were the only melanated ppl out there on the patio at that time...how ironic , I should have got the soda and let it sit there for them to clean up .. but I won't be back thank God there's MANY other Mexican spots
Perfect place for a large parties. Fresh chips and salsa with the meal. No Tap beers unfortunately
This has been on our list for a while now. Sooo glad we made it, only regret is that it hadn't been sooner. I couldn't decide on what to try so,I got the Botana plate appetizer with an order of rice and beans to make it a meal. The platter came with nachos, firecrackers, chicken chimi and chicken and cheese chimi, cheese quesadilla. Everything was fantastic. The beans were so good. Thete are a few places where the beans stand out, and this is definitely one of them....and the margarita was top notch, flavorful and no heartburn. A big thank you to the staff on duty, great service. A wonderful place, we'll be back.
