Globally inspired American breakfast and lunch in art deco digs
A very delicious place for breakfast. Figure on waiting a while for a seat. The waiter was very good for our 8 person, majority gluten free 4 kids table. Very nice and delicious. I had a corned beef hash plate. Yum
Blue’s Egg lived up to the hype and then some. We were in Milwaukee for a golf trip and wanted one breakfast spot we absolutely couldn’t miss. This was it. The food was outstanding, the service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out hot and fresh despite how busy they were. The monkey bread was ridiculous, and every dish at the table was a hit. You can tell why this place is consistently mentioned as one of the best breakfast spots in Milwaukee. If you’re visiting town or you’re a local looking for an exceptional breakfast, put Blue’s Egg at the top of your list. We’ll be talking about this meal all weekend.
Always exceptional! Excellent and efficient service coupled with amazing flavor profiles for all dishes. Highly recommend the chicken chorizo omelette and any of the stuffed browns. Complement with a lavender mimosa for a perfect brunch. Highly recommend!
Had brunch at Blue's Egg this morning and it definitely lived up to the hype. We had an 11:30 reservation and were seated within about 10 minutes, despite the restaurant being completely packed. If you're planning to go on a weekend, I highly recommend making a reservation. There was standing room only, and plenty of people waiting for tables. Our food arrived within about 20 minutes of ordering. I had the Hopple Poppel, and my friend ordered the Daily Breakfast. One thing we loved was that you can substitute the toast for pancakes or French toast, which was a nice touch. Everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive even during a very busy brunch rush. Overall, a great experience. Good food, efficient service, and a fun atmosphere. I would definitely go back again.

The eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful, the hash browns were crispy to perfection, and even the omelet was next-level. You can tell they care about every detail on the plate. The atmosphere was buzzing, the service was fast and friendly, and the whole experience just felt… right. Honestly, I wish we had a place like this in Chicago.
