Really enjoyed the table along the riverfront. Some patio umbrellas would be nice out there. Also, Noticed the poor service staff having to push the door to the patio open with their foot or knee when bringing out food. An automatic door with a sensor would be nice to see there for them. Not fun to watch hardworking people struggle.
Jackie was amazing. We had an amazing mom’s night out. It is rare our friend group can get together for an outing and she made it so enjoyable. The food, atmosphere and service was exceptional! We will be back!
We visited Blue Bat Kitchen and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere right on the Milwaukee Riverwalk is lively and fun, and their massive tequila selection is seriously impressive. We ordered a few of their global street tacos and shareables, which were packed with flavor. What really made the night memorable, though, was our server, Jackie. She was awesome super friendly, quick with recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Exceptional hospitality like hers is hard to find. Highly recommend asking for Jackie when you visit!
Great food, I had the salmon dinner, great margaritas, and exceptional service. Bridget was awesome. It was a bit warm inside on the lower level but the manager pulled down the shade which made it tolerable. We will come back! Thanks Bridget.
The service here on Friday, July 3 was abysmal to be quite honest. It got off to a bad start when we were seated with 3 menus instead of 4 menus because they said they were out of menus. We were seated around 8:05 PM and did not get our food until 8:58 PM. I think the waiter took 15 minutes to check in and get our drink orders. The guacamole had an entire half of an avocado that wasn’t mashed up and couldn’t be because it was nowhere near ripe. My steak and spicy tuna tacos were both cold and not very flavorful. It seemed like they cooked the meat tacos first and they sat out and got cold while they cooked the fish tacos. The tacos were not split up onto trays based on who ordered them; they were kinda all mashed together on one tray. We were just surprised by the slow service given that it was late at night and not terribly busy. Finally, the spoon for the beans was GINORMOUS. I’m talking historically big (pic included to compare to the guacamole spoon). At least the atmosphere on the river was quite pleasant.
