I have been taking classes with Gretchen for over a year and every one has been a wonderful experience. Her instructions are incredibly clear and easy to follow, which makes the glass approachable for all levels. Each class feels thoughtfully planned and often centers around a theme that brings an extra layer of intention to the practice.

North Shore Yoga has been the perfect fit for my fitness goals at this point in my life. Gretchen offers a gentle, comprehensive class that guides us through total body stretching and yoga positions.
