I have been taking classes with Gretchen for over a year and every one has been a wonderful experience. Her instructions are incredibly clear and easy to follow, which makes the glass approachable for all levels. Each class feels thoughtfully planned and often centers around a theme that brings an extra layer of intention to the practice. She has such a warm, welcoming presence and truly brightens the room. Her calming voice helps create a peaceful atmosphere, and she makes everyone feel comfortable, supported and included. Highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a positive, uplifting yoga experience.

Using the basic yoga postures, Gretchen varies the flow from one to the next making each class a little different. Her directions are clear and detailed. I leave each class feeling physically better, soothed and invigorated. Gretchen is truly a wonderful teacher!

North Shore Yoga has been the perfect fit for my fitness goals at this point in my life. Gretchen offers a gentle, comprehensive class that guides us through total body stretching and yoga positions. I come to class feeling tight and sore but I leave with more strength and less discomfort. I highly recommend North Shore Yoga!
