Great courts. Recently resurfed. We got there around 8am and courts were wide open. I'd say by 9, all the courts were full. Can't speak to how close the bathroom are since we didn't use those. Same goes for water. Courts are on the elementary grounds, so at first we thought that it would be closed after school hrs, but they weren't. Didn't see any lights either so it's a sun up to sun down location. Enjoy.
