Grand Geneva resort is a paradise, from the moment we walked in there was champagne at the door, and there was such a chill atmosphere check in was a breeze and the rooms were amazing very modern, the only horrible thing is the motion lights are a huge design flaw whenever me and my family woke up to go to the bathroom we all got woken up because of the bright motion lights. The food was so so so amazing better then at an auberge property, the filet at the grand cafe was like butter it was so tender, and there are endless things to do my kids had a blast at the waterpark. Janice and Raquael (the two receptionists at the timber ridge), were so amazing they were so helpful at the timber ridge lodge, they were some of the nicest staff we’ve ever met ij the world they were so sweet and were so helpful 10 stars for them! I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Really awesome place- some of the reviews about weather and natural disasters happening aren’t the hotels fault! Will update at the end of my 8 day trip! So far you can’t you beat the 4 diamond experience! What a delightful vacation it was at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa! Our whole family was completely won over. The restaurants delivered from the elegant steaks and seafood at Geneva ChopHouse to the Italian at Ristorante Brissago and the more casual options. Watching the fireworks light up the night was pure magic. The gym (with that impressive climbing wall) and the multiple pools indoor, outdoor, plus the spa’s lap pool kept everyone happy. Kids loved the water park on the property and activity options, while we adults recharged. All the hotel staff were so friendly and attentive, but a special shout-out to Ida at the WELL Spa + Salon. She was wonderful warm, thoughtful, and made the spa experience even better. She should definitely be on the schedule more often! Between the golf, the sprawling grounds, the excellent dining, and the genuine hospitality, this place delivered a true Four Diamond getaway. Highly recommend for people’s looking for that perfect mix of relaxation and fun and the perfect proximity to downtown area and the short drive to the city.

I have never personally stayed at the Grand Geneva because the resort is about fifteen minutes away from my house. I do go to the resort yearly to see the gingerbread house competition. When I am in the resort everyone who is working is incredibly nice. The resort is also incredibly clean which I appreciate as well.

Went with a group of 20 for golf trip. Resort is phenomenal. Courses are top notch. Rooms are comfortable. Staff was helpful and super nice. Had some issues with room key. Staff worked to rectify. All good. Best experience was with Yadhira. She was a bev cart attendant one day. Bartender the other day. So nice. Professional but personable. Funny and so down to Earth. 5 stars for Yahhira!
