Lucky I give one star. This location is horrible. Rude customer service. The pharmacy randomly closes without letting anyone know. People need their scripts, so to close or not open the pharmacy random days isn’t acceptable. I live 20 minutes out of town, so I don’t have any other options. Pharmacy workers are always rude. And this is making their Walgreens one of the worst around. Better Business Bureau may need to get involved, I feel sorry for elderly people as they can’t control when their scripts are ready. HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK. STOP CLOSING THE PHARMACY

I just tried to pick up a prescription and as soon as I got to the counter I was told they were going on lunch. They closed the window in my face, despite the fact that I had just received a call that my prescription was in, and it indicated that they were open. I get that people need to take lunch, but what a crappy way to take care of customers. Perhaps this is the standard for them, but if you don't routinely pickup prescriptions, you likely wouldn't know or expect them to be closed for 30 mins in the middle of the day. Standard or not, I will not be going back for anything.

I will never use the pharmacy here. Ionly come here for my momsThis one ruins it for all the other stores. Absolutely horrible customer service, from one in particular who has always been rude, in the pharmacy. How people can get away talking to customers like that is beyond me. If have fired my staff had I ever heard them on the phone like that to customers. UNACCEPTABLE!!! We are all going through something, that's why we are there, so forgive me if I needed to think a minute about the medication name Let's also talk about how they close in the middle of the week due to staffing problems. How is that our problem. The ER sent a script for my mom due to an extremely bad infection and when i went to pick it up they were closed. Id rather have her use the pharmacy at the clinics. The only reason for 2 stars is the rest of the store.

The Hartford Walgreens is the best one I've visited in years... Pharmacy was fast & always makes sure if it's a new medication that I am informed about everything... I Love this Walgreens in Hartford WI; always clean & stocked, and employees are always there if help is needed.... 10+ 🌟's is really what they deserve... Thanks Walgreens in Hartford, I am so thankful that I moved here about 10months ago, this is how Walgreens should be operated, Other stores should model this Walgreens... Thank you to all the staff for always making my visits easier... I am now a Loyal Customer of this Walgreens

I don't like using Walgreens unless I have to. My Drs office sent a specialty Rx to them, and after going through the AI answering service twice I requested a person in the pharmacy. The female I spoke to was very rude, talking over me, and insisting that I cannot have Part D and Medicaid. I tried to explain that I do and give her my information. But she continued speaking over me and when I interrupted and asked her not to argue with me about MY coverage, she swore and put the manager on the phone. The manager then proceeded with the rude tone and would not let me give her my secondary insurance coverage until I interrupted again. I understand that they are super busy and probably spread really thin but this is a customer service position. Maybe some further training is required. Why start out with this attitude? Or perhaps choose a different profession if you're not a people person. It's ridiculous that a country wide chain pharmacy is so disorganized and unprofessional. And closes daily for a lunch break. When I asked to have the prescription transferred then it magically went through. I would not recommend this location.
