Rick's Plumbing is the absolute best plumbing service company I have ever worked with. I have lived all over the United States and have had other plumbers not even come close to the courteous, prompt, and fairly priced services that I have experienced with Ricks Plumbing. I have lived in the Hartford, WI area for 8 years now. Rick's has helped me out on 3 occasions. The first time our water heater went out, Rick's came out to remove the old one and install a new one. Jason, with Rick's, actually looked into the water heater on his own and determined it should have still been under warranty. Jason and Ricks filed all the paperwork to get the manufacturer to pay for the new water heater, and all I had to do was take care of the labor, as that was part of the warranty agreement. This saved me a little over $1K. I didn't ask about this; Jason took it upon himself to look into it, and it turned out to be a great savings for us. Rick's also installed a backup battery-operated sump pump for me. Their service was great, and they provided me with options on how to lower the costs if I found and provided the battery to use, which I did, resulting in some additional savings. With all the rain we have had lately, my battery backup sump was finally put to the test and turned on, and it has worked like a charm. Since it was the first time it was engaged (Several years after being installed), I was curious if the primary pump the builders put in the house failed. I called Ricks extremely early in the morning, hoping to leave a message so they could call me back to schedule an appointment so I could rest easy knowing that the battery back up would be enough to hold off the water until a new primary pump could be installed. Rick picked up the phone at 6:30 am and Jason was out a couple hours later just to check on things and make sure everything was operating correctly. The primary pump was fine, the back up was just helping out because of all the extra water. No charge for them to make sure everything was ok. You can not beat this company should you ever have any plumbing needs. They live and breathe customer service, honesty and integrity. Thanks Rick's for everything you have helped us with!
