Extremely disappointed! Starting with the reservation dept trying to charge me more than their own website price but telling me I am getting this great deal, then my wife and daughter being denied to use the pool while we waited to check in even though the place was totally dead and then they somehow still couldn’t get our room ready until 4pm. There are too many other little things to list but bottom line is that I have been coming here my entire life and everything about this place is now a 2star experience at best. If it was not on the water it’s a Motel 6.

Today I visited Hedi House, and first and foremost—the prices... OMG! 👍👍👍👍 The prices are incredibly low for such amazing quality. ❤️ The omelette was genuinely Iranian—so authentic and full of flavor! And the tea was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Hedi and the whole team for sharing the richness of Iranian culture and hospitality. They made the experience feel warm and welcoming from start to finish. I really hope I can come back very soon because I absolutely loved my experience today. ❤️

My wife and I were just here for an early summer wedding and had a very nice trip. Just not exactly the trip we expected or paid for. The room was tiny and not what we booked. We paid for a King Suite for two nights and planned on having the room be a gathering spot for some friends around wedding events. What we got was a nice king bed and not much more. No "Suite" things like a couch, desk area, table/chairs, any of that. There was a dresser with a big tv on it and a mini bar nook with a microwave and small fridge as well as one small luggage bench. But not even a chair in the room? That's just not a suite? I'd say it was less space then the average hotel room you'd get with a chain property. We didn't put up a fuss while there because the resort was busy with weddings and we didn't have time in the schedule anyways to try and change rooms. I'd give service a 5 but we asked for an additional hour to checkout and have a chance to move around a bit in the morning and we got an instant "no" Seemed like a fine hotel/resort, don't expect the room in the picture.

Great customer service. Check in April 24, 2026, friday night. Friendly front desk clerk. She gave us details of everything the hotel has to offer. We had a 2 bed queen balcony suite. The room were smaller than expected. The shower were super small.; didnt have enough room to move around and lather up. Bring your bug spray cause the lake flies are out like an infestation. Couldn't enjoy the balcony cause the midges were infested on it. Like a movie "Attack of the Wisconsin's Lake Flies". You open the balcony door and insects going be all inside the room. So we couldn't enjoy the view of the lake from the balcony. The restaurant within the hotel was ok. Bring your own seasoning to give your food some flavor. Overall it was not what I expected for the price per night. It was just ok.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Heidel House Hotel & Conference Center! Everything was so clean and well taken care of, which made it feel comfortable right away. We really appreciated having so many restaurant options right on site, it made meals easy and enjoyable for our whole family. The pool and hot tub were such a hit with the kids and kept them entertained the entire time. It truly felt like the perfect mix of relaxing and family friendly. We already can’t wait to come back!
