We could not have had a better experience! Every detail was amazing, and the food was to die for. The new menu is incredible. What made our experience so special was our waitress, Kayla! She was so fun, accommodating, and so knowledgeable about each dish- we had a blast talking with her and she really went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Pretty great place! Wonderful bar area with entertaining bartenders making crafty drinks! The honey drop is super cool, make sure someone gets it! Starr dust has some fancy dust that sizzles your tongue! Dinner was a little pricey so our expectations were high! My ribeye was perfect and my wife's New York strip was a lovely medium rare. The asparagus was not our favorite and the waitress quickly took it back and replaced it with cooked carrots. Dessert options did not include cherry pie so we went elsewhere after. Our server was wonderful!

The good, the bad, and the ugly. The good: The best service we've had at a nice restaurant in years! Everyone was on point and involved in our experience, from the bar personnel to the waitstaff. Our waitress was a professional, all six of us agreed. The presentation of all food, drinks, apps, and desserts was excellent. Quality of drinks was excellent. The flavors and cooks of the main courses were excellent. The ambiance and large windows make the dining room seem huge but even with the large center table we felt like it was our own private dining area.
The bad: The appetizers could have used a little help. A little more sauce for the beet dish and some bread (sourdough toasts?) for the platter and an additional piece or two of the prosciutto.
The ugly:Two of us got the salmon and both of us loved the cook and flavor pairings...top notch. We both felt there needed to be some small starch included and the plating changed. The portion needs to be 30 percent larger, charge me $5 more AND include some wild rice or roasted fingerling potatoes, maybe broccolini...something...anything to make me feel I'm getting a premium salmon and a substantial meal. Bottom line is that dish needs some work to bring it together and add value in the eyes of the consumer. The other dishes were priced, combined, and sized appropriately for a fine dining establishment. We are a family of foodies and willing to pay good money for food experiences. There were a few disappointments here. Easily about $100 a person with drinks and 3 courses. Almost worth it...almost.

Dinner at Taverne in the Sky before the Luke Combs Concert was the perfect way to start the night. Seated outside with incredible people-watching views over Titletown, a Wisconsin whiskey Old Fashioned Sweet (thanks to the complimentary drink card at check-in) absolutely hit the mark.
The service was top-notch from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced without ever feeling rushed.
Started with half a dozen oysters on the half shell — fresh, firm, flavorful, with just enough jalapeño to enhance without overpowering. Delicious.
Dinner was a Caesar salad with salmon, beautifully presented with a unique twist that made it feel elevated without trying too hard. The flavors were spot on.
And because concerts count as special occasions… I treated myself to dessert too: a dense, rich, decadent flourless chocolate cake paired with the perfect cup of coffee. I only managed a couple bites because it was so indulgent, but wow. Worth every one of them.
Great atmosphere, fantastic food, impeccable service, and the perfect kickoff to a fun night in Green Bay.✨️🤠🎶🎸

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Taverne in the Sky. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was top notch. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, making it a great place to relax, enjoy a drink, and have an excellent meal. The bar area has a great vibe, and the restaurant itself feels classy while still being comfortable and welcoming.
Every staff member we encountered — from the hostess to the bartenders and waitresses — was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. You can tell the team works hard to create a great experience for their guests. A special shoutout to our waitress Katie, who was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the entire evening. She checked in often, had a great attitude, and truly added to the overall experience.
The food and drinks were excellent, and the service matched the quality perfectly. It’s not often you find a place where everything comes together so seamlessly, but this restaurant definitely delivers. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend Taverne in the Sky to anyone looking for great food, drinks, atmosphere, and exceptional service. Looking forward to coming back again soon!
