Amazing place. We had our wedding here nov 2025. Originally I worked with Billy jo. The place is beautiful. We had both rooms. One side set up as the ceremony space and the other the reception. They were very very nice and accommodating with setting up different tables for our decorations and availability to do so. We had the entire building to ourselves. With ability to decorate the entry and hallways as well. Huge room for the girls to get ready but only having one mirror was a bit of a pain. Staff were all very nice except one lady with blond curly hair that tbh was pretty rude. If I hadn't taken extra anxiety meds I probably would have caused a scene. In her defense things were running late, but there's a much better way to go about it than badgering the bride. I cannot say enough how pretty this place is. Everyone mentioned how nice the venue is. Mixed reviews on the food from our guests but we were very happy with it.

We had our reception at Stonewood mid June of 2026 and it was fantastic! Matthew was extremely helpful with the entire wedding planning process and always quick to respond. The staff were all wonderful on the day of the wedding, always checking in and very helpful. The food was the best family style chicken and tips ever, we’re still getting compliments on the food. They were also extremely willing to work with us on having alternative options for guests with dietary restrictions. You can tell the owners and all the staff really care about the people that book with them. And the space is beyond gorgeous and spacious! Such a great place for a wedding!

I can not express how wonderful Stonewood is! We had our wedding there on 5/29 and it was absolutely amazing. From the start, it was such an amazing experience. Communication was great with Matt! He is truly one of the best to work with! We had 230 people attend our wedding and it was perfect with space, didn’t feel crowded at all! The food is SO good, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Everyone at the wedding made comments about how beautiful the venue was and how great the food is! I would recommend Stonewood to anyone that I know who is looking for a venue. Absolutely perfect in every way possible!

We got married at Stonewood this past weekend and could not have asked for a better experience! The staff were beyond friendly, accommodating, and patient. For example, when we were struggling to set up our seating chart, they immediately helped us find a beautiful and elegant way to display it. The venue has two spacious suites to get ready in, which was such a perk. We used one as the bridal suite and the other for the groomsmen. The guys loved being able to stream sports on the big TV, and when it wasn’t working at first, the owner personally dropped what he was doing to come and fix it right away. We had about 200 guests, and every single one had something positive to say about both the venue and the food. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS—so many guests raved about it, and the compliments were endless. Stonewood gave us an elegant, high-end wedding feel at an affordable price. We are so grateful for the amazing staff and space that made our day perfect. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding with an incredible team behind it!

We had our wedding in March! Billi Jo and the staff were absolutely fantastic! They were super flexible with any ideas we had. The bar staff was wonderful and super friendly. Our guests absolutely LOVED the food! The day went seamlessly. Everything was super organized and it was great to be able to do the ceremony and reception all in one space. The Stonewood is beautiful and I would recommend this venue to anybody. Billi Jo had quick responses to everything throughout the entire process. As a bride who had no idea what I was doing, I cannot be more thankful for The Stonewood and Billi Jo's guidance!
