Just found a small piece Chedder in the fridge and it was so good .I am most definitely going to find me some more of this cheese

Last Saturday I was at the farmers market on Lyndale in Mpls and bought curds and the Smokey Swiss and cheddar. I want you to know the Smokey cheddar was absolutely fabulous. It was velvety but with a bite, rich and mild. All in one cheese. I paired it with makers mark and a splash and it was like a marriage meant to be. Thank you and hope to see you again soon!

DELICIOUS tasting cheese !! Especially loved the Smoked Cheddar which was my favorite. Other flavors that tasted really good were Queso Jalapeno, Wisconsin Swiss, and Vintage Cheddar. Was able to sample them in a variety pack with 4 cheeses and 3 sausages.
