Enjoyed a delicious lunch at Cut today celebrating my friend’s and my birthdays. We shared the lobster fritters which were loaded with lobster served on a bed of greens dressed in a kewpie lime aioli I had the buratta salad with grilled peaches and added prawns which were grilled to perfection. I am visiting from California and Cut rivals any fine dining restaurant I would find there

Had an amazing brunch at CUT! From the moment we walked in, everything was top-notch. The restaurant is beautifully designed with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere that makes for a great dining experience. The brunch menu was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared perfectly and full of flavor.
What really made our visit stand out was the exceptional service. Our waitress from Ukraine was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, and her positive attitude added so much to our meal. Thank you for the wonderful service and conversation! I hope you have an amazing time here in the United States until September.
Great food, outstanding service, and a beautiful setting—what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Fish Creek. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re visiting Door County! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an incredible dinner at CUT! I tried their special, the center cut rib eye, and it was cooked to perfection—super flavorful and juicy. My daughter really enjoyed her pasta dish, which looked and tasted amazing, and my mother-in-law was served some truly huge prawns that were a highlight. The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming, and the service was top-notch. It's a fantastic spot for a family meal or a special night out in Door County. Highly recommend! The executive chef Bernard came to our table so we could thank him. The food is properly priced for the quality. You pay for what you get.

Went to CUT with my best friend while visiting the area from Florida. We took a seat at the bar, ordered a Garden Spritz and the wagu sliders as an appetizer. Absolutely delicious!
To start, the Garden Spritz was light and refreshing. My friend and I split the wagu sliders, and I wish I’d ordered my own - perfectly cooked medium rare, the flavor was phenomenal. The fries that came with it, deliciously crunchy and seasoned just right.
We got to meet the Executive Chef, Bernard Beronio who gave us a brief description of the nights special. I’m gonna butcher the special - it was a crusted halibut (I think) with a sweet potato puree and microgreens. I cannot express the mixture of flavors that complimented each other to perfection.
I’m already planning my next visit to Wisconsin with a stop at CUT for another meal perfectly prepared by Chef Bernard!
