Our family rents a cabin right by Eagle Waters every year, and eating at the supper club is always one of the highlights of our stay. We usually end up eating there almost every night we’re there! The food has always been great, but this year it was even better than we remembered! What truly made our experience extra special this year, though, was our server, Simon. He was hands-down the best server we have ever had! From our very first night, he was incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and SO much fun. He has such a wonderful personality and made every meal feel special. We enjoyed him so much that after having him our first night, we requested Simon for the rest of our stay! By the end of the week, it honestly felt like we had known him for years. He didn’t just serve us dinner—he became part of what made our family vacation so memorable. We will genuinely miss seeing him! Thank you, Simon, for taking such wonderful care of our family and for all the laughs and kindness.
