I was skeptical about this restaurant but was very impressed! Joey Franks was our waiter and was amazing! In fact everyone was. From the valet, to the host stand, to management. This place is top tier. They even did a sunset toast on the 7th floor balcony with a complimentary glass of champagne. This was my wife's birthday and they went out of their way for her. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Absolutely loved our experience at Ocean Seven! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and the management truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. I needed to change my dish, and the manager took care of it immediately without a second thought or any hesitation. That level of service is hard to find these days. To top it all off, they surprised us with a delicious crème brûlée for dessert, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Great food, outstanding service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Kai was our server and he also went above and beyond to make sure we were so happy!! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Ocean Seven!

Absolutely phenomenal dinner and experience at Ocean Seven! Our server / new friend was the best we could ask for. We had a group of 13 people for my friend’s bachelorette, and Robin made the evening so spectacular. He even came to our table to let us know there was a stunning sunset on the patio and took our group pictures for us. Delicious food, and great staff! Would recommend to anyone coming into the Clearwater area.

The bartender at our hotel recommended Ocean 7 to us, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we got off the elevator, the host was kind and immediately seated us. Our server Alexa was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. She gave us recommendations from wine to dessert. She recommended the seabass which litterally melted in my mouth, and the ribeye which my husband adored. She had knowledge on liquor pricing off the ripe, and brought us wine samples so we could decide before committing. Her timing as perfect, my husband and I were deep in conversation for 2 hours and she never made us feel rushed. We ended the night w a congratulatory dessert, as we are on our honeymoon. And a complimentary glass of champagne for a beautiful sunset. Over all a beautiful experience to end our visit to Clearwater. We will 100% be back to enjoy Ocean 7 again. If you vist ask for Alexa, she is a gem!

We had a very good experience in terms of both the atmosphere and the service. The terrace is beautiful and was definitely one of the parts of the venue that we enjoyed the most. In addition, our server, Brandon, provided excellent service—he was always kind, attentive, and professional. As for the food, it was average, and honestly, we had higher expectations. The appetizers were okay, but they were not particularly memorable. However, we absolutely loved the burger; it was delicious. We ordered one to share, and they kindly cut it and served a portion to each of us, which was a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated and that reflects excellent customer service. Overall, we would highlight the atmosphere, the terrace, and the service, although we believe the food could be improved to match the overall experience that the venue offers.
