Francesca is not just an awesome waitress, but a fantastic person. She guided us through the entire menu and made our family feel welcome the second she came to our table. The food was great and the boil was cooked perfectly with none of the seafood chewy and the potatoes fork tender. It’s nice to be able to customize your options instead of getting a cookie cutter boil like at other places. You will wear a bib and gloves (trust me, you’ll want to) and make a mess but it’s all fun in the end. All in all we had a great time and definitely lucked out when we got Francesca as our waitress.

Very fresh/tasty seafood, nice atmosphere and you don’t smell the “fishy” smell while you’re inside. Just the smell of amazingly cooked food. Will be back again!! We were able to get our food quickly and they provided enough things for the table to clean up afterwards.

We were in the mood for a seafood boil and this was our choice based on previous reviews. Interior decor was very beach vibes and set the tone for the meal. Service was great and super attentive. We started with the hush puppies, which were good. Definitely not the best, but they were still good. They came with a side of ranch. Out came the seafood boil, we ordered two one of their standard boils and then I did a customer boil with crab legs and sausage. We both added boiled eggs to ours and went with the mild spice level and Mr. And Mrs. Crab seasoning. They bring out a bib, gloves and a discard bucket when you order the boils. Overall, I thought it was pretty good. Again, not the best I’ve had but it satisfied our craving. My girlfriend thought it was delicious and was making sure to soak everything up in the sauce, haha. One thing I noticed was the crab was lacking on some of the legs, not as meaty. Not sure what caused that. Also, there was a bit of a funky after taste with the boil that I haven’t encounter before. I don’t know if it was the seasoning or the sauce. Just my personal opinion and others might think differently. Also, wasn’t really a fan of the potatoes or the egg. Just tasted off to me. Overall, we had a good experience. Might return in the future to give it another shot.

After living in Louisiana and Texas, I’ve been searching for my “seafood home” here in Florida — and today I finally found it at Mr. and Mrs. Crab in Clearwater! I ordered takeout today, craving crab and shrimp, and they absolutely blew my mind. The crab was incredibly tender, sweet, and perfectly cooked. I chose the garlic butter seasoning, and my son got the Mr. and Mrs. Original seasoning — both were packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The corn was fantastic, the potatoes literally melted in your mouth, and the Gulf-sized shrimp were huge, sweet, and unbelievably tender. We even added a couple of lobster tails, and they were just as amazing. I honestly can’t find enough positive words to describe how thrilled I was with this meal. On top of the incredible food, the restaurant was spotless, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and our entire order was ready in about 15 minutes. That’s impressive! If you’re a seafood lover, I highly recommend this place. The seasoning is definitely bold and generous, but it only made the experience better for me. I will absolutely be back!
