This place is absolutely DELICIOUS. We tried it on a whim one day and it was the best decision. The food is FULL of flavor and arrives to your table rather quickly. I don’t think I’ve yet to find a dish or food item I didn’t like. The people are always friendly and we always look forward to coming back! 100/10 would recommend to anyone wanting Indian cuisine!

Initially I was just in the area but I smelled the food from out side and I dragged me in As I walked in, it was sooo clean. And well kept. Like I mentioned, I wasn’t originally going here so I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The young man was sooo patient in the most of lunch hour/rush hour. I ended up getting the spicy curry goat and it was SO GOOD ! I lie to you not, I tore it up within minutes 😆 The even gave me a free sample of something. I’m not sure what it was but that thing in the small cup, was delicious! I wish I knew what it was because I want to order more 🌶️😋 Curry goat was 10/10 DELICIOUS. And it wasn’t a long wait at all. He said it might take 15-20 minutes but it wasn’t even 10 minutes before I was out the door.

Absolute 5-star refueling node in Clearwater. I connected with Sandeep and his team while doing a delivery run, and the vibe inside Indian Bistro is immaculate. Even in the middle of a massive Monday catering rush, the crew operated with flawless, earnest dedication. Sandeep is a top-tier human being who completely understands the art of hospitality. On their recommendation, I grabbed the Chicken Tikka Masala (medium-spicy) with naan, and it was a literal foodgasm for both myself and my Fifth Element. The flavor layering is a geometrical spice matrix—the kind of meal you don't just eat, you experience. Incredible people, elite authentic cuisine, and an unbreakable positive energy. I will absolutely be back.
