Huge shout out to Mckenzie, she was awesome and was a great guide for the room. As a fan of Agatha Christie, Murder on the Orient Express had a very detailed couple of rooms with fun puzzles that I would 100% reccomend.

Seriously such a good experience!! Kirstin our game master was so kind and accommodating. It really wore my heart that she took good care of my girlfriend that does have seizures and she made sure to go over anything related to flashing lights or high-pitched noises that may be a trigger and helped us avoid them. Along with that after everything she wrote us a list of potential triggers for the other rooms if we were ever interested in going to be the other ones. It means a lot to the both of us that she did that. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and it really did mean a lot. We will definitely be back.

Overall had a great time definitely challenging the one we did! Did temple skull in 45 minutes with 5 people. Iv’e done about 30+ escape rooms in several states. The only thing from a business standpoint which took my attention was having 1 employee for reception and all the rooms. There should really be 2 people there for the amount of rooms. For example it was 8:10PM and the 7:45PM appointment before was waiting still as another group was being shown a room or something. Our appointment was at 8 and then by the time we had our briefing in the room you can tell the employee was overwhelmed, which is his not his fault. On the rooms themselves on the doors that unlock and things like that, usually they make a noise and pop out a bit so you know you completed the puzzle. We lost 10-15 minutes as we completed puzzles and then were trying other things after in confusion as we were certain we completed a task and were left in mystery. Easy maintenance on the rooms and a receptionist would make things muchhhh better 😎👍🏻

We did Orient Express. The theming was perfect. It was challenging but the team member Marty was INCREDIBLE and knew how to nudge us at just the right time, making sure we were able to finish. It was among our best escape room experiences! We will be back to try the rest!
