Working with Chef Mel at CaraMel's Bakery was one of the absolute best parts of our wedding planning. The cake tasting experience was so much fun, and the final result on our big day was everything we hoped for. Not only was the cake stunningly beautiful, but it tasted absolutely delicious. Many of our guests enjoyed the cake and mini desserts. Thank you, Chef Mel, for making our day so much sweeter. We cannot recommend this bakery enough!

Such a wonderful experience! The cake and cupcakes were gorgeous and tasted fantastic. Really so pleased and the decision to add a cake and cupcakes for our wedding was quite last minute and she was able to be so accommodating.

This is my family’s 2nd time using Chef Mel as our baker. She is truly the best and so is her staff. She did my sister’s gender reveal and now the baby shower. She pays such good attention to detail and she truly brings your ideas to life. Highly recommend!

We used CaraMel’s for our wedding back in January. During our planning we met for a tasting last summer and were blown away by how yummy all the desserts were. We had such a hard time choosing that we ended up doing a dessert table, which was a huge hit with our wedding guests. The cake was delicious, and gorgeous, exactly what I envisioned for that timeless feel. We also ordered a variety of cake shooters and cookies. Our guests loved the dessert table. We enjoyed the cake, especially the marble layer. I highly recommend CaraMel’s for any of your dessert needs. She is amazing!! She even made gluten free cupcakes for my sister who has celiac disease.

Our cake was beautiful, exactly what we wanted for our tiny little wedding, and most importantly - delicious (lemon cake and vanilla buttercream, heavenly). Mel and her team have an incredible attention to detail and care for their customers. We were reached out to personally to make sure that the cake had a safe spot to be until it was time to shine, and all communications and logistics were handled in a timely manner. Wedding planning is stressful, but the cake was one place it was nice to not have any worries. We are so happy our coordinator (@sayyeswithanyaleigh) introduced us to Mel and her creative cakery.
