Had a few issues upon check in with the bathroom cleanliness. However Ms Sharonda went over and above to help. She was extremely patient, attentive, kind, and considerate. She’s truly a gem! and one of the best faces I’ve came across in hospitality. Location is great and very cute lobby. Views from the rooms are great as the property sits close to the beach and harbor. The manager on duty was also very nice. Aside from room bathroom cleanliness my only other feedback would be - Pool area could use a bit of attention, with the high traffic of people in and out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sharonda was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was one of the nicest and most personable hotel staff members we’ve ever encountered. She took the time to explain the entire hotel layout, including all the amenities, hours, and everything we needed to know to make the most of our stay. She also gave us fantastic local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed right away. AC Hotel Clearwater Beach is lucky to have her on their team. Thank you, Sharonda, for making our stay even more memorable!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful hotel and rooms, great staff, great location. The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable! All of the staff I came in contact with were so friendly. Especially Elyjah at the front desk. He checked us into our rooms and was so sweet and helpful! I will definitely be staying there again if in the area.

Landed at 8a, expecting we couldn't check in we still showed up and the manager was able to get a room that was ready. Location is phenomenal and a short walk to the beach and all the food you could want. Hotel was modern and clean. Went up to the rooftop bar the one night and had great views, just wish there was more up there than a couple tables and a bar (which didn't have cocktail menus or drink lists which is weird but okay). We didn't even have a car parked there but the valet crew always greeted us when we came back in and seemed very attentive. All around a great stay and look forward to returning.
