The entrance is a bit hard to find but you can take the stairs up to hooters and climb an additional flight of stairs or you walk past Ron Jon and find the elevator. However you get to the 3rd floor you will be greeted by a bar and a big outdoor (rooftop) seating area. The sunsets are arguably spectacular, the beers are good, the service fast, and the vibes are beachy. Sitting at eye level with palm fronds of sizeable palm trees, fighting with seagulls over your chips, and watching the Promenade and Pier 60 from a relaxed vintage point is as relaxed as it can get. Why not 5 stars? The music was highly questionable. I was wishing for something along the lines of Jimmy Buffet, Burning Spear, Sublime, but secretly hoping for great or acceptable live music. I was hoping for exceptional beer or at least pints for less than $8, better bicycle stands, an air-conditioned area, and a legit brewery - not only a few alibi 1-barrel (?) plastic fermenters. Go, have a beer, watch people, the sunset, and enjoy the views and beachy vibes.
