I'm giving it 1 star simply for the location of the campground. The owners were difficult. We weren't able to be there for the entirety of our contract, and they refused a refund. That is fair enough. What was the most frustrating part is seeing our paid for site used for other campers multiple times after the refund was refused.

If I could leave no stars I would. The owner is awful. She harasses guests. She doesn't write anything down, doesn't communicate well, and is very forgetful. Raises prices, but no improvements are being made to the campground. There are many open spots in the campground and there is good reason. If you want to be able to relax uninterrupted at your campsite this is not the place for you. She will stop in and complain about the dumbest small issues and hound you if you bring any guests into the campground.

We’re having a wonderful stay here. Owners are friendly and our site is spacious, peaceful and everyone is super friendly. We’re more RVers than campers and appreciate the full hook up. Looking forward to coming back for many years to come, we’re lucky to have found such a beautiful place!

The campground itself is very nice. The campers are wonderful people. My issues are strictly with the owners. They accuse you of things you didn’t do, are not friendly at all, are very into your business when they shouldn't be, and because of them constantly monitoring everyone we could not relax and enjoy the place. I think this could be a wonderful, family friendly campground with different owners.

Great place. Beautiful nature place to rest, relax, have fun, go hiking, meet friendly people all there for the common goal of a great get away. I know Karen through Adult Day Services and she knows how to run a fun campground for sure. So sorry Karen to hear of your storm damage but at the same time, so grateful to know that no one was hurt and no fatalities. As RN Director of a day Care I know what it is to be responsible for a place of business no matter what the circumstances. I wish you the best getting back on your feet to re-establish and recover your great campground. Great people rise to the challenge which I know you will and are more than capable of. God Bless you all. Kathy Kempf
