Excellent 3 night stay. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Loved the walking shower! Beautiful patio balcony overlooking the bay. Great pool and beach area. Breakfast buffet was really yummy. Loved the coffee set up too! Excellent helpful staff.

My wife and I got married at Gordon Lodge and thanks to Nicole + Staff it was the perfect wedding. They made sure every detail was perfect. The food and drinks could not have been better. We were married on the beautiful point where the view cannot be beaten. We first met over a year before our wedding with Nicole when she started helping us plan the wedding. She helped us find the right vendors, plan out the minor details, coordinated with family before, during and after the wedding, managed all of our vendors and the wedding. Without Nicole’s knowledge, assistance and positive attitude we couldn’t have had such a successful wedding. All of our guests told us the food was delicious and the venue was the most beautiful place they’ve seen for a wedding. After the wedding we were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner and dessert from Top Deck, Kayak around the bay, relax in the pool and enjoy the property as a mini-honeymoon. We will be making it back at least once a year now! I couldn’t recommend a better resort, wedding venue, and staff!

Gordon Lodge in Baileys Harbor is a stunning, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay. I highly recommend visiting with a group of friends or family. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including kayaking, swimming, biking, relaxing with a drink, and watching the beautiful sunset. If you stay in a cottage or a one-bedroom trailside unit with a kitchen, you can easily prepare your own meals. For groceries, drinks, and other essentials, stop by the Piggly Wiggly in Sister Bay before you settle in. Overall, it's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy everything Door County has to offer.

We got married here just over a month ago, and I have to share my immense gratitude and appreciation for the incredible staff who made it all happen. Nicole was, without a doubt, the most helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind event planner I could have asked for. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but from day one, she made me feel like I was chatting with a best friend who also happened to be an event-planning wizard. She somehow has an answer for everything, knows exactly what works, thinks of details before you even realize they matter, and goes above and beyond in every possible way. By the time our wedding weekend arrived, I wasn't stressed because I knew Nicole had it handled. If there was a fire to put out, I never even knew it existed. That's the kind of confidence she gives you. If you're considering having your wedding here and want to actually enjoy the planning process (instead of spiraling over seating charts at 1 a.m.), I can't recommend it enough, largely because Nicole is simply the best. She is an absolute gem, and our wedding wouldn't have been the incredible experience it was without her. I also want to shout out everyone else who worked hard behind the scenes: the servers, the incredible chef and kitchen staff, the golf cart drivers who escorted guests all over the property, and, most of all, the owner, Wendy, for making this all possible for us. I cannot recommend the Gordon Lodge enough!

Gordon Lodge is my favorite place to escape and unwind. It's the perfect destination for anyone seeking peace, tranquility, and a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely recharged. The staff deserve a special mention. From the front desk team to the breakfast servers and the wonderful staff at the Top Deck Restaurant, everyone welcomes you with genuine warmth and makes you feel at home almost instantly. One of my favorite experiences here is biking through the lush greenery. Surrounded by beautiful plantations and nature, every ride with my family feels refreshing and unforgettable. The property itself is breathtaking, and its charm only grows stronger the more time you spend exploring its serene shores and peaceful beaches. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, kayaking and canoeing are also available, making Gordon Lodge a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. It's a place you'll fall in love with, and one you'll want to return to again and again.
