Baileys Harbor Essentials

Boynton Chapel is a church in Baileys Harbor. Our chapel was handcrafted between 1939 and 1947 in a late 12th-century Norwegian stave church style, modeled after the Garmo stave church in Norway. We are located on 441 wooded acres along Lake Michigan. Our chapel features 41 hand-painted frescoes and carved-wood furnishings. We offer tours during the summer season on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:00-4:00 p.m. We are a site for weddings, baptisms, and family services.

Immanuel Lutheran Church is a church in Baileys Harbor. We are a family of Christian believers who celebrate the renewing love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our services include Sunday worship at 10:00 a.m. and a condensed worship experience on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. We also offer online worship via Facebook Live on Sundays. Our team welcomes all to services, fellowship, and coffee community times, regardless of denomination or membership. Children participate in Children's Sermons on Sundays and Bible School on Wednesdays.

Stella Maris Catholic Church is a church in Baileys Harbor. We offer Mass at 8:00am in Baileys Harbor on Sundays, preceded by the Rosary at 7:30am on First Saturdays. We also hold an additional Mass in Baileys Harbor on Fridays at 8:00am, and Tuesdays at Noon. Our parish offers worship opportunities, faith formation, pastoral care, and spiritual development within the Catholic tradition in Northern Door County.

Door County Rotary is a non-profit organization in Baileys Harbor. We engage in community support, including the annual 12 Days of Christmas raffle, which funds various local initiatives.
