Came up for Mile of Music and found Appleton has an absolute gem in this restaurant! They deserve all the rave reviews. Our appetizers, entrées, cocktails, desserts were executed to perfection, plating and all. Service was expert and attentive. And the flavors.....!
Loved the short rib, cod, and braided beef entrées! You can't go wrong with the ahi or shrimp app, or both.
While dining the first night booked the next night as well. Menu is very creative and diverse. So happy we dined there both evenings, while enjoying all the music around.

My family and I stayed at the Copper Leaf Hotel while touring colleges with our son. What a pleasant surprise to find such a great restaurant attached to the hotel. We enjoyed a delicious dinner here. I loved the Braised Beef and wild mushroom pasta, along with a lovely cocktail. It was my birthday the day before, so they offered a slice of their decadent chocolate cake. We would definitely return here if we’re back in Appleton.

All the food here was flavorful and balanced . The seafood is well prepared and tasty for the location. Drinks were good one of them a bit heavy on the alcohol but still palatable. Really I have no complaints with this restaurant other than it feels slightly crowded with its design. Will definitely dine here again

Always looking for something different when I'm out of town and this place did not disappoint. The service was fantastic, the food is great and the atmosphere was subtle and warm. I enjoyed their roasted butternut squash bruschetta, aged cheddar and bacon rissoto balls and the bone-in duroc pork chop. All in it was $62 but well worth it. The only thing I would say is that once it started to fill up it did get a little noisy but hey people gathering around the table together laughing and enjoying life... what could be better!

We had an incredible dinner at Rye Restaurant and left raving about every single bite! This stylish urban-rustic spot in Appleton, perfect ambiance with dim lighting, candles, and that cozy yet upscale vibe next to the CopperLeaf Hotel.
I ordered the special cowboy steak (what a beauty!), and it was cooked to perfection: juicy, flavorful, with a gorgeous sear, topped with those rich, glazed mushrooms and onions, resting on creamy mashed potatoes with tender carrots. The presentation was restaurant-level stunning, and the flavors were spot on tender, savory, and comforting all at once.
My wife got the lemon chicken, which looked and tasted amazing: perfectly seared chicken medallions with bright lemon notes, capers, grilled lemon slices, and a pile of crisp green beans over mashed potatoes. It was fresh, zesty, and beautifully balanced. We finished with their chocolate dessert, a rich, decadent torte with fresh berries, whipped cream, mint, and that gorgeous berry sauce drizzle. Absolute heaven and the ideal sweet ending!
The service was attentive and knowledgeable, the cocktails (if you had any) are always craft level, and everything felt fresh and locally inspired. We loved literally everything about the meal… except we were a little sad the wedge salad wasn’t available anymore and hope it is brought back!
Rye never disappoints, highly recommend for a special night out in the Fox Cities. We’ll be back soon (and crossing our fingers for that wedge salad next time)!
Thanks for the memorable evening, Rye team!
