Poplar Hall is a beautiful community event space located right on the Fox River in the RiverHeath Community. We were there for Food Truck Fest which featured live music by local musician Josh Berton, a curated selection of food trucks with choices ranging from a cookies to BBQ and local vendors. It was a genuine fun for the whole family experience with a bouncy slide and huge game of Connect Four. This was a great way to get outdoors, enjoy views of the river in a beautiful modern setting. Definitely keeping an eye out for future events here!

Stunning venue for a wedding with an excellent staff that makes your big day special. Our guests are still complimenting the venue! Poplar Hall was the perfect choice for our May wedding with an outdoor ceremony and room for guests to spread out and enjoy the riverside during the reception. Nicki, the General Manager, was incredible. Our wedding would not have been so smooth without her running logistics and coordinating the event flow. Your wedding day goes by in a flash and it's hard to know what to do and when–Nicki will keep you on track. Thanks, Poplar Hall!

A beautiful location on the water for your favorite event! Located in the heart of old Appleton just over the Lawrence Bridge near the Lawrence Stadium. I adore the glass windows that allows natural light into the room. Bring your favorite vendors and make it a party! Namaste.🧡

As a vendor(DJ, Exceptional Entertainment) that travels all over the state of WI, I can honestly say that Poplar Hall is a top my list for venues to work with. Their staff is knowledgable, friendly and very easy to work with. They truly care about making every wedding the absolute best it can be. The layout of the space may be the prefect layout for a venue. It's an easy transition from the outdoor ceremony space to the inside reception hall. The wall of windows give a breathtaking view of the river and lets in so much natural light. Uplighting truly transforms the space adding a splash of color to the room. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about you, you're looking in the right place.

I cannot express how amazing my experience with Poplar Hall has been. I truly believe our wedding day would not have gone as perfect as it did without the help of Nicki and the Poplar Crew. Nicki was my absolute rock during the planning process and made sure everything went according to plan. The communication was incredible, the venue was absolutely stunning, and the support we received was unbelievable. It was huge a privilege to get married in such an amazing place and I would recommend Poplar Hall to anyone looking to plan an event!
