This place is freaking AMAZING! I have a ton of dietary restrictions due to multiple allergies, and eating out can be incredibly stressful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I could safely enjoy so many of their incredible dishes. They took the time to answer questions, accommodate my needs, and make me feel completely comfortable. Not only was the service outstanding, but the food was absolutely delicious. It's rare to find a restaurant that is both allergy-conscious and serves food this good. I absolutely love this place and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Incredible small plates, excellent balance of flavors, wonderful bartenders, servers, and chef. Drinks were incredible, food was thoughtful and exciting. Can't wait to go back.

14 total seats in this little gem, but they make you feel like you're the only one there. The service was top notch, and the food was perfect. I enjoyed the cucumber salad, scallop crudo, ricotta toast, and the duck confit pot pie. Every dish had perfectly balanced layers and elements. Can't wait to come back

Such a unique food experience. 4 week rotating menu. Such a cozy place, reservation required. UPDATE: Marvol in Appleton has officially raised the bar for the Fox Valley culinary scene. We recently attended their special 9-course Prix Fixe event, and it was a masterclass in precision. Each dish was unique, inventive, and—quite frankly—perfect. It’s rare to see a kitchen maintain that level of excellence across nine distinct transitions, but they hit every mark. The wine pairing was equally superb, acting as the perfect companion to an already stellar menu. Each glass was intentionally chosen to elevate the flavors on the plate, creating a seamless synergy between the kitchen and the cellar. If you’re in Appleton and looking for a world-class dining experience, Marvol’s special events are a must. This isn't just a meal; it's a reminder of what happens when culinary talent and hospitality collide. Absolute five-star excellence.

What an experience. Small plates, but huge flavors. Mitch at the bar is an amazing mixologist who made for a fun and entertaining visit. Very knowledgeable. Loved the twists on traditional dishes: Brussel Sproats were cold, almost like a salad. A refreshing change from traditional sugar bomb brussel dish. Flavors popped with this one. The potatoe salad had warm small potatoes with a sauce that brought in the traditional potato salad taste at an elevated level. Venison from New Zealand was ridiculously tender. Could've ordered 4 of these. Just wow. Cocktails were excellent. Will be back for sure!
