Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end! We came to Fire Seafood & Steakhouse for our anniversary, and it is hard to believe they’ve only been open for about seven weeks. The restaurant already runs like a well-established, cohesive team. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and the service was exceptional. Our server was AMAZING—warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helped make our anniversary feel special. The food was phenomenal. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and delicious. The atmosphere is gorgeous, and the personalized “Happy Anniversary” dessert was such a thoughtful finishing touch. My fiancé chose Fire for our anniversary dinner, and he could not have picked a better place. We left already talking about coming back. If this is what they’re doing only weeks after opening, Appleton is very lucky to have them! Five stars without hesitation.

This was just a random pick for wife birthday and it was awesome. Service was great, food was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. I will go back again and look forward to trying more of the menu.

Food was delicious, chef did a fabulous job. Great atmosphere, very welcoming. Our waitress Debbie was very friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be going back 😁

The menu is absolutely superb, offering an innovative selection that balances sophistication with bold flavors. ​Every dish that left the kitchen showcased exquisite food preparation. The attention to detail, flavor profiles, and stunning presentation prove that the culinary team here is operating at the highest level. ​To match the stellar food, the front-of-house staff is incredibly polished. The service is seamless, attentive without being intrusive, and deeply knowledgeable about the menu. ​If you are looking for a true fine dining experience in the Fox Valley, Fire is an absolute must-visit. We will definitely be back!

My cousin, his girlfriend, and I visited Fire yesterday and the experience was phenomenal from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and elevated without feeling pretentious. The food was absolutely outstanding. The steaks were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, and the accompaniments were just as impressive. We shared the potatoes au gratin and asparagus, both of which were delicious and complemented the steaks beautifully. A special thank you to Jordyn, our server, who did a fantastic job. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. We will absolutely be back!
