Beautiful, there is a gym and jacuzzi but lack of hospitality, used towels not replenished. Showered with cold water,no hot water.

The carpet is sooo dirty it has never seen water and got a bad smell. The food buffet? Worst! It’s like you’re heading towards month end you’re broke so you mix everything you have just for the sake of eating. This place is dirty man. The service? Worst! You would call for a room service the phone will just ring on it’s own with no response until you physical go downstairs to them. The waiters are just there, when they’re making you an egg and you sit down you have to get up to fetch your egg otherwise it will never come. The rooms got bad smell. The jacuzzi has dirty water it messed up my bathing suit and the temperature doesn’t adjust. There’s a lot man, I stayed there for a whole week thinking the service will get better to give them benefit of the doubt yhooo it got worse and worse daybyday. Book this place at you own risk. And those people don’t care at all… look how dirty is the egg

Cumberland hotel is located centrally, and close to the railway. Even though the building is old, the personnel are doong their best to maintain a high level of service. Enjoyable stay with some small town charm.

It seemed I had a very divided stay. My first room was graciously provided with amazing space when I had to move to another room, I understood the reason. Though the trek to it was tedious and no lifts, the room appeared neat, but it seemed like I was banished to the worst place. From torn lampshades to lights that did not work, a dirty bath shower. Felt like a dungeon, except the view was amazing. I could see the mountains. There was a chimney that smoked my lungs out even when I closed the windows. It's really bad. On the positive side, the staff were very good and friendly. The price after seeing both types of rooms is not worth the second room. Parking is such a distance to walk. Positive side to look at this, it makes you get your steps in. If you ever find yourself looking for rooms, book the family room. It is more spacious . I would have second thoughts about booking there.
