We stayed in the cottage and had a wonderful time, it was perfect for our road trip. Had a very interesting and informative wine tasting with Boudreaux-style wines.

Excellent stay at the pool house. The hot tub is great, the braai is nice, and the bedroom has a nice aircon if necessary. Cold continental breakfast was included which was some yoghurt, milk, croissants, fruit bowl, and butter which was great.

The first words that come to mind are: WOW. I highly recommend booking in advance for the wine tasting, but once you arrive, you’ll experience something truly wonderful — the presentation of wines by the local winemaker, paired with cheese, impressed us with its professionalism. The wines (and I’m saying this at the beginning of 2026) are RIDICULOUSLY affordable considering their quality. Many thanks for a presentation in which we didn’t just have the pleasure, but the honor of participating. It’s places like this that make flying to South Africa absolutely worthwhile.

Attended for a wine tasting here as part of a tour. Was spectacular. Alex expertly guided us through the wines and their pairings and they were some spectacular wines indeed. The entire experience was excellent start to finish.

Stayed over for one night as we attended a wedding in the area. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to fully explore. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. They served a simple but delicious continental. Absolutely adequate for our needs. They have borehole water which is checked every year. I would have felt more comfortable with at least two bottles of still water, but that's just me. Thank you to our hosts who have been very accommodating.
