Breakfast was amazing and my waiter Olwethu was so calm yet professional and so,service was amazing. 10 out of 10.He made me feel so welcome and free seeing that im an introvert.

We stayed here for one night on our honeymoon and couldn’t be more delighted. One of the top places we’ve ever visited. Superb ubicación, and great friendly staff too. We went for a Cellar tour & wine tasting, led by incredible Lucky. Excellent guiding, wine selection and maridage. Totally recommendable.

Perhaps the best wine tasting experience we’ve ever had (and we’ve had quite a few!!). Our sommelier Lucky, was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable. He took us through the cellar and shared the history of the estate and grapes. Couldn’t have asked for more. The outdoor set up was serene and wines were delightful. Definitely add this vineyard to your stop!!

Our honeymoon at Lanzerac Hotel & Spa was nothing short of magical. Sleeping on a working wine estate, surrounded by vineyards and mountains, felt like living inside a postcard — romantic, peaceful, and effortlessly luxurious. The spa and pool area were a true highlight. The pool has an incredible view over the vineyards, and everything about it feels designed for total relaxation: super comfortable pool beds, a great pool bar, and a calm atmosphere that makes you want to stay all day. The spa itself is spacious and never feels crowded, which we really appreciated. Between the jacuzzi, sauna, heated indoor pool, and the beautifully maintained facilities, it was the perfect place to unwind. A huge bonus was the spa bar offering healthy drinks and food — such a thoughtful touch — plus a very nice fitness area inside the spa as well. The restaurants on the estate were excellent throughout our stay. The Taphuis was our favorite (we went back more than once!), and we loved ending our evenings with a cocktail at the Craven Lounge after dinner — such a cozy, elegant setting. The service was consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, and the location is super convenient for exploring Stellenbosch and the surrounding wine region. Our room was spacious, beautifully finished, and full of classic French charm — old-school, timeless luxury in the best possible way. If you’re looking for a place that combines romance, relaxation, wine-country beauty, and classic five-star elegance, Lanzerac is absolutely perfect. Truly an unforgettable honeymoon destination — and we can’t wait to come back.

I was so blown away by everything about this wine farm. The first person who assisted us was Steve. The warmest welcome, the friendliest smile, went the extra mile on a busy day to make sure we had all the info we needed and made us feel immediately at home. What a valuable person to have at your establishment, he left a lasting impression. We ate at the Deli - wine and food was excellent and so reasonably priced. The waitress was amazing. Something to mention - while we sat in the courtyard for our meal, there was a steady stream of staff that passed by our section (because of where we were seated). Every single staff member that happened to walk past us would make eye contact, smile and greet. From the waiters to grounds and general staff. Everyone seemed to happy to be there. It made such an impression. We walked around the farm, grounds are immaculate and majestic. Again, every staff member we encountered was so friendly and happy. I will be visiting Lanzerac often. Such excellence!!
