Lovely winery and restaurant. The tasting room has a relaxing old school vibe about it. Our sommelier August Pepe was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We were lucky that we were there at a quiet time and he spent so much time with us. We left Delheim very happy (tipsy) and with a lot of bottles of great wine.

My partner and I spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon at Delheim, tucked away in their outside seating with breathtaking views of the Simonsberg mountains and lush courtyard gardens. We opted for the Cupcake & Wine Pairing, which I’d highly recommend for couples or groups looking for something fun and unique. It features four cupcakes—with local notes like buchu, fynbos, and rooibos—perfectly matched with two whites and two reds. Our host, Kennith, was amazing and attentive from the start. He shared the wonderful history of the farm and its commitment to conservation. We loved the stories of the local "neighbors"—from caracals and mountain leopards to the occasional puff adder (thankfully at a distance!). You can really tell that locally grown produce and environmental care are at the heart of everything they do. We were a bit peckish and grabbed a cheese board, but after smelling the mains coming out of the kitchen, we’ve already decided we’re coming back for lunch. An overall 10/10 experience with great wine, service, and scenery!

Delheim Wine Estate has stunning views, fantastic wines, food and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The perfect spot to relax and enjoy the best of Stellenbosch. Highly recommended!

Our absolut favorite wine estate and where we for our whole wine for our wedding for! We fall in love with the place and the wine already two years ago and also this year they had fabulous new and old wine to taste. We love the seating with an unbelievable beautiful view at table mountain and the family like atmosphere. All the employees are highly trained and knowledgeable about the wine. We always come for breakfast and we were never disappointed. Definitely truly the Spatzendreck and the Edelspatz if you like sweet wine or desert wines. We can highly recommend a visit and wine tasting at Delheim!

Yesterday I had such a lovely lunch with tasting of one of the most beautiful wines I have ever tried. Thank you so much to the chef of kitchen. Also the young gentleman who served me and told about wine and history of winery 🍷 was just amazing. I am sorry I forgot his name but the experience ce was 10 out of 10. I loved all wines but can definitely highlight noble rot Botrytis Riesling. Will come back.
