I can unreservedly recommend Sunbury Game Meats. We use them for the majority of our meat supply in our restaurant in Tugela Mouth. In particular the Crocodile Tail Steaks are by far the best in the area, due to the thickness of the cut and the quality of the meat itself. There are various cut grades of beef, and their rump steak is butchered well to produce thick steaks. When I ask for meat with more marbling and fat, then they have short rib, prime rib and tail rump that is sheer quality. I also take from them warthog sausages, which on mash with onion gravy, is one of our restaurant favourites. As a buyer, I’m getting excellent value for money, great service every time and over all my experience with them is top echelon.
