Renewed driver's license and it was ok. Some waiting but nothing excessive. Arrived at 08h00 and left at 10h10. Some very professional people. Watch out for scamsters outside the premises.

We have been going to the Licensing Office in KwaDukuza since we arrived in this part of the world in 2011. While it can be very busy, the overall service has always been good, with the staff being friendly and efficient. The real big drawback is the car guard outside - its been the same guy for several years. He is a real nuisance and will bug you continuously, asking you why you came and whether you have all the necessary documents, etc, only to then ask for money for services rendered.
