I had a great time doing the garden route/safari, the days were filled with sights/activities/different homestays and even though the weather was bad, our tour guide tried his best to make sure we were happy. Also the safari itself was amazing. One slight recommendation would be to not be so tight with times, it led to a bit of stress and I appreciate sometimes things are booked and need to get there but sometimes it was a bit overwhelming.

The 6-day Garden Route Tour with Gareth was amazing. The locations were all well worth visiting, travelling was well organised and comfortable and Gareth himself is a local, deeply passionate about the trip and just a genuine legend. My favourite memories were doing the the Bloukrans Bridge Bungee Jump, and staying at the beach cabanas in Sedgefield. Would definitely recommend.

Unforgettable Week Stomping the Garden Route with Christine! 🇿🇦 We just finished our 5/6 day Garden Route tour with Earthstompers Adventures, and it was truly a trip of a lifetime. From start to finish, the entire journey was seamless, beautifully planned, and packed with incredible sights. A massive, special shoutout goes to our amazing guide, Christine! She is big on personality, brings the best energy every single day, and instantly made our group feel like a cozy little family. Her enthusiasm for South Africa is completely contagious. Whether we were exploring the national parks or just chatting on the road, Christine kept things incredibly fun, warm, and memorable. I also need to add she is a super skilled photographer! Thank you Christine! ❤

We had such a great time on the Earthstompers tour with Christine as our guide. She was super friendly, easy-going, and really looked after everyone, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and fun from the start. The day was packed with awesome activities—kayaking, swiming in the waterfall, sandboarding, hiking, a safari experience, and a stop at an ostrich farm and more. Everything flowed really well and never felt rushed, so we could just enjoy each part properly. Christine also added some lovely personal touches, like sharing South African treats, fruit and drinks along the way, which made it feel extra special. The group we were with was great too, which made the vibe even better. Overall, it was just a really fun, easy trip with a fantastic guide. Thank you so much, Christine!

From Penguins to Elephants: An Unforgettable 6-Day Journey with Mark Our 6-day Garden Route tour starting on April 20 was an unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide and driver, Mark. Traveling in a small group of 12 made the journey comfortable and personal, but it was Mark’s professionalism, patience, and warmth that truly elevated the trip. From the very first day, driving from Cape Town to Hermanus and Cape Agulhas, Mark ensured everything ran smoothly despite the long distances. He managed time efficiently while still allowing us to fully enjoy key highlights like the penguins at Betty’s Bay and the dramatic meeting point of two oceans at sunset. Day 2 along Route 62 was a beautiful transition into the Little Karoo. Mark shared interesting insights about the region while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. The winery stop and the sunset near the Swartberg Mountains were perfectly timed. Day 3 was one of the most memorable, exploring Wilderness National Park. The kayaking and short hike required some effort, but Mark ensured everyone felt safe and comfortable. His encouragement made the experience enjoyable even for those less active. Day 4 was the busiest, covering Knysna, Tsitsikamma National Park, and the famous Bloukrans Bridge. Despite the packed schedule, Mark handled the logistics seamlessly and kept the group organized without making us feel rushed. The safari at Addo Elephant National Park on Day 5 was a highlight. We were lucky to see several elephant families up close, and Mark’s knowledge added depth to the experience. Later, the relaxed stop at Jeffreys Bay offered a perfect contrast. On the final day, visiting Mossel Bay and walking along the cliffs was a calm and scenic way to end the journey before returning to Cape Town. Throughout the trip, Mark was not only a skilled driver but also a thoughtful and attentive guide. He was always approachable, patient with questions, and genuinely cared about everyone’s experience. His calm demeanor made long drives feel easy, and his sense of responsibility gave us a strong feeling of safety. Overall, this tour offered an incredible mix of landscapes and experiences, but it was Mark who made it truly special. Highly recommended!
