Cavalli is, without a doubt, one of the most visually impressive dining destinations in the region. The setting is exceptional, with sweeping vineyard and mountain views that immediately elevate the experience and set the tone for a memorable meal. The food fully delivers on expectations. Each dish is beautifully presented and executed with precision, showcasing high quality ingredients and refined technique. There is a clear attention to detail in both flavour and presentation, making the culinary experience a standout. Where there is still an opportunity to improve is the service. While professional and polite, it lacked the attentiveness and proactivity you would expect at this level. Small details in timing and engagement could be refined to better match the overall standard set by the food and the setting. Overall, Cavalli offers an outstanding culinary experience in a spectacular location. With a slight elevation in service consistency, it has the potential to be truly world class.

I was a guest at a wedding, the place is beautiful and the setup was great, but boy we got scotched in the heat 🥹, for the ceremony. The venue provided us with water and some umbrellas but ooh it wouldn’t help with the heat. Perhaps the tents were a separate cost that the couple didn’t cover but the venue should really think about guests overall experience when its hot 🔥, what if it had rained! The food wasn’t really that woow, but the drinks were definitely worth it!

This venue is beyond the best – truly exceptional in every way. From the breathtaking surroundings to the impeccable service and attention to detail, everything was outstanding. A world-class experience that I would highly recommend.

Simply superb estate! Gorgeous drive up to the visitor centre and restaurant passing their magnificent horse stables and paddocks. Welcoming staff. Wine tasting experience is second to none with stunning views of the vineyards, lake and mountains. Restaurant was top notch, try and book well in advance in order to be seated on their magnificent patio overlooking the lake. Splendid menu with wine pairing. They also have a well mained modern art gallery. All round superb experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Cavalli Wine Estate while celebrating my birthday with a group of 13 people. Without making any special requests, we were pleasantly surprised to be placed in a private tasting room, which immediately made the experience feel extra special. During the wine tasting, the staff put in a lot of effort to make the occasion memorable, and their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. The setting, atmosphere, and overall experience at the wine farm were wonderful. The only downside was the communication prior to the visit. I struggled to make the booking initially, despite calling several times during operating hours and sending an email. I only received a response after following up with a second email. While the experience itself was excellent, the booking process should not be so difficult. Overall, Cavalli is a beautiful wine estate with great service on the day, but improved communication would make the experience even better.
